Theater director Reggie is staging Shakespeare’s lost comedy, “Cardenio” on a shoestring budget. He convinces his girlfriend Su, and his best pal Samy, to play the lead roles for free. Along comes eccentric billionaire Jacques Neoh, who offers to pay for the entire production at the prestigious Esplanade Theatre – only if his daughter plays the female lead. Reggie accepts the offer, and it’s mayhem all the way to opening night!
